Operational Efficiency Director

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on consulting capabilities, leading a small agile team focused on diagnosing cost drivers designing tailored solutions and driving implementation across complex environments.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our vendor operation efficiency efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to reduce factory overhead costs across our global vendor base aligning with corporate goals and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global overhead optimization strategy.
  • Diagnose cost opportunities and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
  • Identify and isolate value pools in vendor overheads by utilizing detailed analysis of available data including industry benchmarks and business practices.
  • Maintain a cost opportunity pipeline and guide prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Lead communications to Brand Region and Supply Chain leadership teams.
  • Build cross functional support across the organization for outline initiatives in partnership with relevant heads of function.
  • Establish and lead Project Management Office for initiatives identified.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Generally ten to twelve years of progressive experience with five years of managerial experience.
  • Top Global Management Consulting background with proven project management skills is required.
  • Strong organization leadership and communication skills.
