Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Supervisor to join our team at Paris Baguette Singapore Pte. Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the food preparation process, controlling all related activities and reviewing menus to ensure variety and quality of servings;
- Approve dishes before they reach customers, ensuring adherence to nutrition and hygiene regulations and safety standards;
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages, arrange for repairs when necessary, and remedy any problems or defects;
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers;
- Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations and safety standards;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in culinary;
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role (hot/cold kitchen);
- Exceptional ability to manage kitchens effectively;
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
