Executive Culinary Supervisor

Baker & Cook PTE. LTD., a renowned Singaporean bakery and foodstore, is seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Supervisor to lead its kitchen operations.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained while meeting production demands. This involves hands-on involvement in meal preparation, inventory management, and implementing efficient workflow processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks
• Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain high-quality product standards and adhere to food safety regulations
• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective task completion
• Implement split-shift schedules (3-6 pm) as required by the business
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent, along with 1 year of supervisory experience in a Western cuisine kitchen. A strong team player with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.
What We Offer:
• Estimated Salary: SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
