Job Opportunity

This position entails the creation and enhancement of educational materials in collaboration with senior faculty members.

  1. Conduct research, design, and develop curricula and teaching materials to meet organizational objectives.
  2. PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAM EVALUATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE ORGANIZATION.
  3. Collaborate with staff on revising and refining curriculum content.
  4. Ensure timely updates on curriculum development progress are shared with senior management.
  5. MET WITH SENIOR FACULTY MEMBERS TO ASSESS CURRICULUM NEEDS AND PROVIDE UPDATES ON CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS.
  6. Integrate technology into the learning process where relevant to enhance student engagement.

As an Education Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

  • Planning, teaching, and classroom management, including preparing and delivering the curriculum, meeting learning objectives, and differentiating learning activities.
  • Monitoring, assessment, reporting, and recording student progress, including providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador by building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and participating in school meetings and parent-teacher conferences.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in curriculum development, teaching, and classroom management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work collaboratively are essential.
