Job Title: Trainer (Train-the-Trainer Deck Development)

We are seeking an experienced trainer to develop Train-the-Trainer materials for our clients in the healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilitation techniques, adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies.

The successful trainer will be responsible for reviewing existing training decks, identifying their learning goals, audience, and structure. They will then transform the content into a Train-the-Trainer version that supports trainers in delivering sessions that are consistent, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.

The trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations if needed. Requirements include proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer materials, proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

This is a contract position at the mid-senior level within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry. If you have experience working on training programs and can structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery, we encourage you to apply.
