We are seeking an accomplished Area Director to spearhead our regional operations and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to boost sales, marketing, and operational performance.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • A proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with Asian markets and business practices is advantageous.
