Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Loan Officer. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their loan needs and ensuring that all loan applications are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process loan applications and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants and make recommendations for loan approval or denial
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Manage multiple loan files simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding loan status and any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics Commerce, or any other relevant education
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in Loan Operations / Credit Administration
  • Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues will be an advantage
