Loan Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in our loan submission process, handling various tasks to facilitate customer loans. Key responsibilities include processing loan applications, coordinating insurance, and following up on approved applications to guide customers through their car financing journey.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing loan applications for approval and activation

  • Loan submission and insurance coordination

  • Supporting the processing of loan applications for approval and activation

  • Guiding and supporting customers on the steps of their car financing journey

  • Assisting with paperwork for loan disbursement

Requirements:

  • Key Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients

  • Possession of ITE/Diploma certification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar trade
