Car Loans Finance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quick-learning individual to join our Operations department, providing vital support to our Car Loans Sales team.
This role involves working closely with the Sales team to ensure there are no pending or aged cases. You will also be responsible for verifying supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with regulatory and banking requirements.
You will undergo progressive training in motor loans disbursement processing, handling key products such as floor stock, hire purchase, and in-house loans. As a crucial checkpoint in the workflow, you will be expected to demonstrate strong teamwork and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with regulatory and banking requirements
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure there are no pending or aged cases
- Assist to notify and follow-up with external parties (banks, customers etc.) on outstanding cases
- Process and submit loan disbursements
