Job Title: Commercial Property Loan Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Property Loan Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for calling existing commercial property loan customers to repricing opportunities.

Your primary objective will be to convince customers to accept our repricing package, thereby maintaining portfolio volume and profitability.

You will ensure that all documentation is properly handled and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines is maintained.

In addition, you will be responsible for cross-referring and selling other financial products to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proactive communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Familiarity with commercial property financing regulations
