Commercial Property Loan Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Property Loan Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling existing commercial property loan customers to offer repricing packages that maintain portfolio volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular calls with existing commercial property loan customers to discuss their financial situation and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in banking and finance, preferably with experience in commercial property lending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
