The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for strengthening the finance function of the company in SEA, working closely with the Business Management department of the headquarters. This includes overseeing and presenting accurate, timely, and consolidated financial statements and reports for the SEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and present accurate, timely, and consolidated financial statements and reports for the SEA region
  • Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Manage and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes across the region
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify business trends and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role
  • At least 3 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Ability to speak Japanese
