The primary objective of the Housekeeping Professional is to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained at a high standard, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This involves cleaning, replenishing supplies, and attending to guest requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Clean assigned rooms according to established standards and replenish supplies.">
  • Prioritize daily tasks, such as which room to clean first.">
  • Operate vacuum cleaners and ensure cleanliness of corridors and guest rooms.">
  • Remove dirty room service trays and trolleys, cutleries, and crockeries from corridors and guest rooms.">
  • Dispose of rubbish bags and report any missing, damaged items or maintenance defects.">
  • Handle guest laundry requests and be responsible for pick-up and return of items.">
  • Attend to guest requests immediately and inform supervisors if requests cannot be handled.">
