Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, set-up, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.
  • Troubleshoot process-related problems and identify root causes for effective and timely resolution of field issues.
  • Defend customer-installed base with regular field service reports.
  • Maintain strong customer relations on the ground.
  • Update and maintain all service-related documentation or reports in databases.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/HIGHER NITEC/ITC in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in servicing automated/production equipment.
  • Excellent customer orientation skills.
