Expert Career Consultant

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced career consultant to join our dynamic team. As an expert in the technology domain, you will help people reach their career goals by building relationships with clients and candidates through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and video conferencing.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview processes, and facilitating employment negotiations. Your expertise will enable you to align candidates' career aspirations with clients' hiring needs, resulting in successful placements.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong entrepreneurial work style, a driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in any field of study and 1-3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
