Job Overview

  • Manage change requests following the Quarterly Release framework for finance and data domains.
  • Serve as single point of contact for all business needs and manage stakeholders required for the change requests.

  • Consolidate prioritized lists of CRs for impact assessment, including effort estimates.
  • Review impact analysis and cost quotation with business stakeholders for final prioritization.
  • Manage budget allocation and billings of prioritized change requests.
  • Support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding resources, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, preparing meeting decks and project dashboards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or Data Science.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a finance institution.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, organized and analytical with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in system analysis and PMO work preferred.
  • Fast learner and ability to work with people.
  • Excellent tracking skills.

Key Technical Skills:
  • Expert skills in MS Excel, Excel Macros and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA.
  • Good data analysis skills.
