Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Analyst

  • This is a system analyst position in finance domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Understand business operations, analyze user needs and create clear project scope.
  • Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional requirements/enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain user agreements.
  • Prepare documents required in compliance with SDM, procure sign-off from users.
  • Develop test cases, conduct SIT testing.
  • Arrange user acceptance tests, support functional testing.
  • Ensure designs and builds align with standards, articulate and agree deviations.
  • Review code for performance issues.
  • Deliver projects (release checklist, UAT results).
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in financial institutions for regulatory reporting.
  • Relevant experience in core banking and treasury products, data requirements for management accounting or regulatory reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of MS SQL developer, ability to write SQL queries.
  • Good understanding in SDLC phases.
  • Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills.
  • Capability of self-learning, quick learning.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, fast-paced growing organization.
  • Project management best practices/methodologies/project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues globally.
