We are seeking a skilled Legal Employment Advisor to support our operations and growth in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating and scaling processes and policies for a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law issues, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and executive remuneration, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, and flexible working requests.
  • Manage contingent worker and contractor issues, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances, as well as internal investigations and redundancies.
  • Draft, negotiate, and enforce employment-related agreements, templates, and forms.
  • Build scalable, compliant employment policies and programmes to support our rapid growth and global footprint.
Requirements:
  • Ability to weigh risks and benefits of complex legal situations.
  • Strong experience creating and scaling processes and policies for a rapidly growing company.
  • JD, LLB, or equivalent degree, with minimum 4 years of legal experience and substantive employment law experience.
