Job Title: Logistics Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled logistics professional to join our team in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for shipping documentation generation.
  • Enter accurate and timely shipment data into freight management software systems.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and shipping lines to ensure seamless delivery of customers' shipments.
  • Provide support to the Freight Logistics Department in addressing customer queries and preparing quotations where necessary.
  • Prepare and issue shipping documents.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
  • Accountable for operational efficiency, with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
