  • Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including handphones and tablets

  • Track and analyze sales data for S4 stores
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain and use repair tools and equipment

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Experience in handphone repair
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge
  • Up-to-date knowledge of various operating systems
  • "O" Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices
