Overview:

As a key member of our organization, the Trade Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and sales growth
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure successful partnerships
  • Design and implement in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing activities to amplify brand presence
  • Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports on trade marketing activities and performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry and experience working with sales teams and retailers
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and office software
  • Experience in project management is advantageous
