Job Summary

The role of a Guest Room Attendant is to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, providing a positive experience for visitors. This involves performing thorough cleaning tasks, replenishing amenities and supplies, and inspecting rooms to report any defects or missing items.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in rooms as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms to identify any defects or missing items and report them promptly.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of housekeeping carts.
  • Report safety hazards and security threats to management.
Requirements
  • Possess full vaccination against Covid-19.
  • Be able to lift and carry loads up to 5kg.
  • Be able to transport housekeeping carts efficiently between floors.
Work Schedule
  • Enjoy one rest day per week.
  • Shift patterns include morning (8:30am-4:30pm), afternoon (3:00pm-11:00pm), and midnight shifts (11:00pm-7:00am).
  • Minimal afternoon and midnight shifts may be performed subject to hotel operations.
  • Availability to work on public holidays and weekends is required.
  • Vacancies are available at multiple locations within the hotel complex.
