As a **Guest Experience Host (Rooms) **, you will be responsible to provide excellent service to guests at a consistent level. You will work closely with your colleagues to respond and resolve to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Experience Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience Department.
Your Profile
- Possess minimum GCE "O" levels.
- Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
- Possess good problem solving, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication with guests, including pre-arrival, during stay and post stay.
- Responsible for correspondence with guests for any inquiries, special requests, reservations,etc.
- Enhance the guest experience by providing efficient, friendly, and personalize service.
- Handle and monitor guest feedback from guest satisfaction surveys and other channels.
- Report to Guest Experience Manager and assist necessary duties.
