Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an accomplished BIM expert to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in Building Information Modelling.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for creating and updating BIM models based on contract drawings, construction drawings, and coordination data.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integrity and quality of these models.
  • You will also be required to generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM models and produce BIM model deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective BIM strategies.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in BIM technology.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve BIM workflows.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on BIM.
  • Strong understanding of Revit and Navisworks, with the ability to create complex models and scenes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
