We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic lawyer to join our dynamic team in the Maritime, Trade and Offshore Finance sector. As a junior/mid-level associate, you will be involved in a broad range of marine asset finance, general banking and project finance transactions for our clients across the region.

You will work alongside highly experienced partners and colleagues, drafting and reviewing financing or leasing documentation, negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research, and supporting client file management.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will thrive in a busy and successful working environment, participating in business development events and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An experienced qualified lawyer in Singapore, England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction.
  • A proven track record in finance legal experience, preferably gained at a leading firm.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Ability to develop internal and external networks.
  • Lateral thinking and independence, with excellent organisational and resilience skills.
  • Attention to detail, good housekeeping, and file management practices.
  • A team player, demonstrating cooperation, collaboration, and initiative.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills, with commercial awareness.
