We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffold Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of scaffolding works on our construction projects.

  • Scaffolding Work Planning & Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project work packs and identifying scaffolding requirements for all disciplines (mechanical, electrical, painting, inspection).
  • Scaffolding Plans and Layout Drawings: They will prepare scaffolding plans and layout drawings in coordination with construction supervisors and safety teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Erecting and Monitoring Scaffolds: Direct and monitor scaffolders during erection, modification and dismantling of scaffold structures, ensuring compliance with design and load specifications.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE for scaffold inspections before handover for use.
  • Access Control: Ensure scaffold tags (green/yellow/red) are updated and visible at all times.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tube & coupler, ringlock, Cuplock, and Kwikstage scaffolding systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma, technical certificate or trade school qualification in construction, scaffolding or related field.
  • 7–10 years of scaffolding experience in EPC, offshore, oil & gas, or heavy industrial construction projects.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Ability to lead scaffolding crews, delegate tasks, and mentor scaffolders.
  • Certified Advanced Scaffolder or Scaffolding Supervisor (CISRS, SAIA, or equivalent national certification).
  • Safety Training: Working at Heights and Fall Protection certification.
  • Other Relevant Training: HSE Leadership or Safety Supervisor training.
