Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a key member, you will deliver engaging and effective Pilates sessions while fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive studio environment.

  • Lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates classes with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Conduct introductory sessions for potential clients, including fitness assessments and tailored program recommendations.
  • Ensure clients use Pilates equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adapt exercises and techniques based on individual client fitness levels, conditions, and goals.
  • Educate clients on proper breathing techniques to enhance posture, core strength, and overall performance.
  • Promote membership renewals and upgrades by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Cross-sell studio products and services where appropriate.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Stay current with certifications and ongoing professional development.
  • Participate in organizing and conducting client workshops or internal training sessions.
  • Mentor and support junior instructors to maintain service quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor from an internationally recognized institution (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates, etc.).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional teaching experience.
  • Skilled in working with a variety of populations, including clients with special conditions or injuries.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 150 teaching hours per month.
