Dynamic Movement Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructor to lead our clients on a journey of physical transformation through the art of Pilates. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and effective movement sessions in a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead private, semi-private, and group movement classes for diverse populations, adapting exercises and techniques to cater to individual fitness levels and goals.
  • Conduct introductory sessions for potential clients, including comprehensive assessments and tailored program recommendations.
  • Ensure clients use equipment safely and effectively, promoting optimal performance and minimizing risk of injury.
  • Educate clients on proper breathing techniques and body alignment to enhance posture, core strength, and overall well-being.
  • Promote client engagement and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Cross-sell studio services and products where appropriate, aligning with client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic studio environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with certifications and ongoing professional development, enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • Participate in organizing and conducting workshops or training sessions, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Mentor and support junior instructors to ensure consistency and quality in teaching and client service.
Requirements:
  • Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional teaching experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven instruction.
  • Skilled in working with various populations, including those with special conditions or injuries, and able to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 150 teaching hours per month, ensuring consistent availability and dedication to clients.
