Primary Caregiver

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop student's hearts and minds using our positive education framework.
- Deliver engaging lesson content to children.
- Supervise primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework.
- Ensure the safety and timely transfer of children from school to the centre when required.
- Maintain the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour.
- Fetch students from nearby schools when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks including sales, collection of fees, and upkeep of centre premises.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education/student care/classroom teaching preferably at the primary level.
- Candidates with Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent are preferred.
- The ability to guide students in primary school subjects is essential.
- Excellent work ethic and professional integrity are required.
- Exhibiting a positive attitude when faced with challenges is essential.
- Loving children and the learning process is crucial.
- Possessing a passion for working with and nurturing children is vital.
