Job Title: Primary School Caregiver
Job DescriptionAs a primary school caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young students. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily homework sessions, maintaining accurate records of children's progress, and designing engaging daily and holiday programs.
- Plan and conduct daily homework sessions with students
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address their educational and developmental needs
- Design and implement engaging daily and holiday programs
- Promote indoor and outdoor activities that foster social and physical development
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being
- Contribute to centre operations as directed by management
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Able to inspire students to achieve academic excellence and holistic growth
