Membership Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Membership Operations team as an Associate.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day Membership Operations, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Perform IC duty as per roster plan.
  • Participate in roster planning with senior officers.
  • Manage membership email communications.
  • Check application forms daily for errors.
  • Ensure sufficient membership forms, cards, and stationery for daily operations.
  • Handle onsite and online queries and requests from members and guests.
  • Remind officers of new membership initiatives and promotions.
  • Assist in conducting onsite and online UAT for new PLUs.
  • Work with officers and senior officers, taking charge of assigned roles and checking in on other roles periodically.
  • Ensure adherence to Membership SOPs at all times.
  • Assist with refund requests for online and onsite transactions.
  • Support in preparing and compiling reports with senior officers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or Higher NITEC/NITEC.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Customer service, guest experience, or contact centre experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Galaxy, CRM+, Onestore is advantageous.
