Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience in BFSI domain is highly preferred.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Focused: Ability to take initiative to address hiring challenges creatively.
  • High-Performance Driven: Thrives under pressure and delivers quality outcomes at speed.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
