Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist

As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our business.

Your primary focus will be on end-to-end recruitment within a manufacturing/industrial environment, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms.

Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment activities is essential for this role. You will also be required to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and collaborate closely with department heads to achieve organizational recruitment goals.

To excel in this position, it is crucial to possess knowledge in HR analytics and recruitment metrics to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process. Understanding competency-based hiring techniques and staying updated with industry trends will be vital for success in this role.

You will be expected to utilize the Alt Recruit system for recruitment and reporting purposes, ensuring efficient execution of responsibilities.

A Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience are the basic qualifications required for this role. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the General Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
