Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Leader to oversee our distribution operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Provide strategic leadership to ensure our appointed third-party logistics provider meets service level agreements and adheres to our standards. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound efficiency, on-time-in-full (OTIF), and inventory accuracy.
  • Procurement and Cost Management: Support the analysis of storage, throughput, and customer requirements to inform the procurement process for selecting and contracting 3PL services. Ensure cost-effective operations and distribution spend.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business unit stakeholders to ensure distribution aligns with business requirements and supports daily operations that facilitate sales and customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate order processing at the DC, timely deliveries, and effective communication with the business unit and customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Establish monthly, weekly, and daily reports on distribution centre performance, including key metrics accurately captured.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)-specific logistics challenges, including high volumes, small deliveries, high SKU turnover, and promotional demand spikes.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, working in a diverse and multi-functional working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
  • APICS CLTD, CPIM, CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
