Distribution operations enablers play a pivotal role in facilitating business growth through effective operations and enablement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the distribution sales team to provide business analysis and support their needs. Key responsibilities include preparing business reviews for sub-region level review, applying company policies effectively, performing regular KPI tracking with distributors, and leading performance management with distribution partners.
- Prepare business reviews for sub-region level review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Support distribution business needs by applying company policies effectively.
- Provide business analysis to inform decision-making.
- Perform regular KPI tracking with distributors to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead performance management (execution & enablement) with distribution partners, enabling them on tools and processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as electrical & electronics engineering, computing, mathematics, finance, or business. Proficient knowledge of reporting tools, such as CEBIS, Business Objects, Tableau, or Microsoft Office, is also required. Additionally, you should be able to take initiative, derive potential solutions, assess issues, and resolve them efficiently.

You are a results-driven professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You are meticulous, proactive, and have a keen interest in sales/marketing roles, sales operations, or analyst positions. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and taking ownership of your work, we would like to hear from you.
