We are seeking a skilled Large Model-Based Search Engineer to join our innovative team.

Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for creating cutting-edge large model-based search technology. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex search scenarios, develop LLM technologies for diverse search applications, and utilize multimodal learning models for visual representation and video understanding.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF to improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects of search results.
  • Designing personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.
  • Building reliable, low-latency online search services with large-scale data to ensure stability and superior user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, CV, or ML. You should also have solid programming skills and fundamental algorithm & data structure knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.

In addition, we prefer candidates with experience in large model companies, search, recommendation, or advertising fields, as well as publications in top-tier conferences such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, CVPR, ICCV, and ECCV.
