Job Title: Large Model Search Algorithm Engineer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing large model technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), to improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.

  • Develop LLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding, strengthening search retrieval capabilities.
  • Design personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.
  • Build reliable, low-latency online search services with large-scale data to ensure stability and superior user experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, CV, or ML. You should also have solid programming skills and fundamental algorithm & data structure knowledge.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in large model companies.
  • Experience in search, recommendation, or advertising fields.
  • Publications in top-tier conferences such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, CVPR, ICCV, and ECCV.
