Job Description

The Retail Store Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This individual is responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating staff workloads, and enforcing established policies and procedures.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to optimize efficiency and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate retail staff, conduct performance appraisals, and organize ongoing training sessions to improve service quality and operational skills.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer complaints professionally, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the retail store facility is clean and safe, and that all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
