Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team.

About Us:

MongoDB is a leading developer data platform that enables organizations to build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI.

We have a globally distributed, multi-cloud database available in over 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Our customers can build and run applications anywhere - on premises, or across cloud providers.

About the Role:

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
