Interior Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles and a keen eye for spatial quality, graphics, and proportions.

Job Description:

  • Design and manage luxury residential interiors from concept to completion, including detailing and client coordination.
  • Work closely with the design director and clients to formulate design solutions.
  • Design spatial solutions via floor plans, sections, elevations, 3D-visualizations.
  • Design development via modeling, detailing, and prototyping.
  • Prepare drawings for tender/construction.
  • Prepare bills and quantities and coordinate with contractors for tender/costing.
  • Manage and collaborate with contractors and builders during the construction phase for further design development and project coordination.
  • Work with various suppliers to propose FFE solutions for the design.
  • Involved in other design endeavors, collaborations, competitions, publications etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary education in interior design or a related field.
  • At least 2 years work experience in the residential interior design industry.
  • A good understanding and eye for interior design, spatial quality, graphics, proportions, colors.
  • A good knowledge of timeless spatial design principles.
  • A keen interest in current spatial design trends and ideas.
  • Skilled in various design software. We are currently using Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe, and Twinmotion.
