Job Title: Regional Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the regional management of our programs, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues across the region and facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the regional management of our programs, including grant proposal development, reporting, and compliance;
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve program objectives and goals;
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including country teams, donors, and partners;
- Provide technical assistance and support to country teams, as needed;
- Monitor and report on program progress and achievements;
- Identify and pursue opportunities for funding and partnerships to support program growth and sustainability;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (international relations, development, social sciences, or similar);
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in program management, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement;
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and achieving program objectives;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
- Willingness to travel to sites across the region, as required.
