Job Title: Regional Program Manager

This is a senior-level role that oversees multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing regional programs, innovating solutions to address complex delivery portfolios, and managing risks, resources, and outcomes across the program portfolio.

  • Lead and oversee multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the client-facing lead for regional programs, representing the company headquarters.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions to address program complexity and client needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management (technology/digital transformation mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Agile Program Management certification.
