Trade Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining correspondent accounts, executing all correspondent requisites, and collaborating with colleagues across locations to improve efficiency and address knowledge gaps.

You will also be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving problems in client accounts or company records, acting as the first level of escalation from team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Banking, Finance, or a related major.
  • 1-2 years of total work experience, preferably in securities operations, with some experience in performing a checker role.

The ideal candidate will have meticulousness with a high level of accuracy and productivity, an understanding of complex operational processes from a front-to-back perspective, and effective communication skills.
