**Job Description**We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in the region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver retail sales and order targets
  • Monitor company competitors and market trends
  • Maintain close connections with distributors, dealers, and retailers
  • Coordinate, develop, and audit yearly budgets of retail development execution
  • Recommend new retail sales networks and coordinate activities to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide training and guidance to distributors/dealers to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of the retail market
  • Maintain competitiveness of retail sales activities and stay informed about the retail market and competition

RequirementsWe require a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in retail development or sales management, preferably in plumbing or consumer durable manufacturing, and 3 years of experience in managing distributors and market development. You should have good training, communication, and interpersonal skills. A college graduate or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concepts is also essential.
