Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, as well as experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of healthcare technology solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of software engineers to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and deployment of software projects using agile methodologies.
  • Promote best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and version control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack software development and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
