Automation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to maintain and support automation initiatives across our regional contact center and logistics operations. This role is pivotal in our drive towards enhancing customer experience and operation efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of automation strategy by gathering and documenting regional requirements to redesign workflow to support automation initiatives
  • Assist in documenting automation processes and operational procedures
  • Work with project teams to test and refine prompts to implement automation within global customer support and logistics workflows
  • Facilitate training sessions to onboard teams to new automated processes
  • Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
