Client Accounting Specialist

Job Description:
A vital role in our team is to provide high-quality accounting services to clients across various industries. As a Client Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, providing payroll and accounting services, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of computerized accounting systems and charts of accounts.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly management statements.
- Liaison with auditors for year-end audits and finalization of financial statements.
- Filing of GST applications and preparation of quarterly GST returns.
- Preparation of unaudited financial statements and XBRL format financial statements.
- Provision of accounting administrative services and payroll services.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional accounting qualifications.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting firm, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Good business sense and ability to relate well with clients.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet specific timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, analytical, committed, and take ownership.
- Interest in learning and upgrading new skills and technologies.
