Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Independent, able to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
