Customer Success Manager, Korean Speaking

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing potential issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our success team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

A successful background in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is also required.

Additionally, you will have a solid analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.

Proficiency in English and native Korean language is essential.
