We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a successful career in the food and beverage industry.

About the Role:

  • This role will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to manage a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • You will be responsible for handling full F&B operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared to a high standard.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (6 days work week).
